I imagine it is starving for sun, but I’m unsure if it’s over- or under-watered because there are some softer leaves near the bottom.

After reading the guide on here, I’ve realized I’ve severely underwatered it.

My question is regarding a small patch of Zebra leaves that match the plant have sprouted about 5 inches from the plant on one of the flower stems. And can I use my Verilux happy light as opposed to buying a growth light to help supplement its growth on over cast days?

I do have a light under my cubicle cabinet that is pretty bright. If growing outdoors, find a spot where your Haworthia will receive at least Avoid exposing your Haworthia fasciata to direct sunshine for long hours especially during summer.
