My client was changed to Korean but after that it always kicked me out trying to download something that it couldn't :(One thing I noticed, you can't change to a language if the server doesn't support it. KR language on EUW doesn't work, unless someone found a different way.that's really sad if true, I played some Russia server before the open beta and always had to change the client language through a method similar to thisHuh it did work for me couple months ago doing the exact thing above.
