[Feature Request] "Save map" Feature for Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Cleaner Instead of actually starting a clean, it copies the coordinates onto your clipboard. If you tried creating a map or ran the robot before reading this tutorial follow these steps below.Delete the current map.

How do I save the map? My device keeps disappearing from the Mi Home app. I have firmware 3.3.9_003468 on the robot and there is no options to save the map. You only have to delete the current Map if you want to save any previous Maps below. Next you will do another floor plan, your last map gets replaced with this current one in the Current map area.
I tried with Sony Z5 compact, newest Version of MiHome and MiToolkit Version 1.6 Usb debugging on phone MiToolktin connects to the phone, backup witout password can be creted, But afterwords in the Text field Only one line is displayed: rockrobo.vacuum.v1 - Mi Robot Vacuum - 192.xxxxxxx there is no line with the token, I tried also MiToolkit Version 1.5 with the same result. Move the Robot and Charging station to the Next floor plan ideally, in an open area.

But if I want to just clean a particular room at home, I have to use the Mi Home app to draw a rectangle (zone) around the room in the house plan to start the zone cleaning. If you have started a cleaning job, a map would show up here.Now jump to the Map area and you should see a blank page with the Current Map and two Backup Maps. Again it recommended having the robot charged, pick up any loose items on the floor, and allow the robot to start and end at the charger. Jump back to the Main menu. Next you will do another floor plan, your last map gets replaced with this current one in the Current map area. Again the 2nd map is saved automatically in the second Backup map slot.
