I had not previously used Miso…now I will continue to find ways to incorporate into my cooking. Add the corn and season with salt. I did not strain the broth, and lastly, I added corn as an extra topping.

Fry the spicy bean paste for 1 minute. I used vegetable “better than boullion” to make the broth and it was too salty, added several cups of water to the broth at the end and it was perfect. I used baby Bella mushrooms.
