Prominent class action lawyer Mark Elliott, who spearheaded the Mark Elliott leaves the Federal Court following the landmark court victory for Myer shareholders.Mr Elliott, 58, passed away late on Thursday following a vehicle accident at his farm in Flinders, south-east of Melbourne.Mr Elliott's family gave the following statement to "The Elliott family can confirm Mark Edward Elliott passed away after a tragic farm vehicle accident on his property last week. "A life lived well and he will be dearly missed forever in our hearts. Paul Mark Elliott is an actor, known for Blackadder Goes Forth (1989), Overdrive (2017) and Dangerfield (1995).
